You Have Options!

You are eligible to attended a program with Court Options and have your case dismissed by the State’s Attorney Office.

To register for this Program:

You must appear, with this letter, at one of our offices, or you can call our main office for additional information at 305-378-8122 ext. 133

You should advise your attorney (if you have one) about this opportunity, and if the Assistant State Attorney in your case agrees, you can complete the program instead of attending court and/or trial.

Attending the program is completely confidential. If you enroll early enough, you may never even have to appear in court. If you successfully complete it, you may avoid any criminal charges on your record.

For a $225 program fee, you may avoid the time consuming and expensive option of appearing in court. We offer flexible payment options and credit cards are accepted for this court-approved program.

The classes are located in multiple convenient locations throughout Miami-Dade and we offer class times to fit all schedules.
